Okay, so I had a bad day. Let's not ever eat a whole bag of pork rinds covered in crap ever again. That was terrible. *shudders*
But then I started to feel better and ended up treating myself to a pancake and two cookies! Unneccessary, but mmm... delicious! I still ended up keeping my carbs under 100!
Here's today's fitday:

Nothing to really report today, except that I ate way too many pancakes! Haha.

Accountability
I have been trying to be primal for two months now. As of yesterday, I had 3-4 days where I ate pretty much whatever I saw at work/home. Let's just say - I felt terrible! So, I'm going to use this blog to keep myself accountable.
Tonight I made an adaptation of the sweet/salty trail mix on mark's site. I made a few alterations, however. I used half the honey. I did not add apricots or cranberries, but instead substituted 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
Fitday gives these totals for a 1/4 cup serving:
192 calories
16.2 g fat
3.8 sat fat
6.5 poly fat
4.8 mono fat
9 g carbs
2.8 dietary fiber
4.9 g protein
The first batch I didn't wait for it to cool to add the chocolate chips, so I now have a batch of chocolate coated nuts! Luckily my bf is into that, so he can eat that one! The second batch I am gonna wait for it to cool COMPLETELY before adding the chocolate. :)
I'm going to start posting my fitday totals every day so I can keep myself in line! So, here is mine for today (including 2/3 cup raw milk that I plan to indulge in shortly!):
